We’re excited to be launching a new edition of Chadstone Loves Local at Chadstone – The Fashion Capital supporting local junior sporting groups.

With $85,000 worth of prizing on offer, this program encourages the support of sporting players, coaches, families, and friends within your local community.

To ensure this program has the greatest impact locally, the prizing will be in the form of resources chosen by the sporting club at selected participating Chadstone retailers. For example, Rebel Sport for a range of sporting equipment and/or JB HiFi for cameras and electronics.

How does my sporting group receive tokens?

Vote for your sporting group to receive up to $5,000 worth of prizing!

For every $20 spent at selected Fresh Food and Sporting retailers, Department stores, Apple and JB Hi-Fi at Chadstone, you can receive one token to vote for a participating local junior sporting group of your choice. Simply present your receipts at Chadstone’s Concierge Desk on the same day of purchase to receive one token for every qualifying purchase.

The voting process at Chadstone has been designed to be engaging for kids with a fun display of interactive token boxes located next to the main Concierge Desk, opposite Michael Hill.

We encourage you to engage with your local community to shop locally at Chadstone and support your school’s chance of winning.

What are tokens worth?

1 Token = $1 Prize
5,000 Tokens = $5,000 Prize

Participating Clubs will receive $1 in prize value for each single token they earn throughout the Promotion Period, capped at up to a maximum prize value of $5,000 per participating sporting group.

One vote, per token, per qualifying purchase. Max 50 votes per person, per day. AU residents 18+ only. Between 9am (AEDT) 24/2/22 & 7pm (AEDT) 20/3/22 spend $20 or more in one transaction on any products (excl. liquor/tobacco/weapons/gift cards/layby purchases/cash withdrawals/utility bill payments) at participating retailers at Chadstone (Qualifying Purchase), collect original itemised receipt/s & on same day, visit concierge desk during centre hours, present receipt/s to be stamped by staff & get 1 token per qualifying purchase. To vote, on same day insert token/s into box of the sporting club you would like to vote for. Each club receives $1 prize value for every token received, capped at $5,000 per club (to spend on sporting supplies). 17 clubs in total, potential prize pool: $85k. There is a potential overall prize pool of $85,000 with $5,000 on offer for each sporting group. At the end of the program, each sporting group will be notified of their prize winnings, based on the total number of tokens earned, and how to collect.

Winnings less than $1,000 will be provided as Chadstone Gift Cards which can be spent at all Chadstone retailers who accept EFTPOS payments.

Winnings of $1,000 or more can be spent at selected retailers at Chadstone including Rebel Sport, JB Hi Fi, and Apple. The Chadstone team will liaise with you to purchase the supplies/equipment that complement your group’s requirements.  

We’re adding an additional element to further incentivise Chadstone shoppers to vote in the program, even if they are not affiliated with any particular sporting group. From Saturday 5 March, the first thirty people daily (until the end of the promotion) to spend $200 or more at selected Fresh Food and Sporting retailers, Department stores, Apple and JB Hi-Fi at Chadstone can receive a $50 Chadstone Gift Card. This will be limited to one gift per person per day. Further T&Cs apply.
