Georgia wears Unison, Zara, Saba, Novo and Scanlan Theodore, shot at Hotel Chadstone.
Every season, we find ourselves drawn to a key colour palette, a selection of colours which ground the rest of our wardrobe. For this AW25, that palette is ‘Future Dusk’. Spanning a spectrum of deep blues, regal purples, and jewel-toned emerald and ruby, ‘Future Dusk’ is moody and intriguing, blending everyday wearability with a subtle, chic futurism. On the runway, brands like Alaia, Bally and Armani all showed variations on these tones, while in-store at Chadstone you can find chic iterations from much-loved retailers like Unison, Aje, Scanlan Theodore and Sheike.
SILK JACQUARD SHIRT AND SKIRT | $1,080
PARIS NIGHTS MINI DRESS | $199.99

Our advice for nailing this look? Invest in a statement piece and then build your wardrobe around it. Aje’s ‘Glaze’ silk shirt and trouser set comes in a dark shade of moss green, and is the perfect day-to-night ensemble. Wear with sneakers or loafers during the day, then switch to a closed-toe heel for evening, paired with a red lip and a great wrap coat. On the dress front, we love Unison’s camisole-style slip dress in a commanding shade of oxblood (layer over a turtleneck or under a chunky knit), and Bec + Bridge’s ‘Sol’ maxi dress in cobalt blue. At Incu, Jean-Paul Gaultier’s classic mesh crew neck top is an ombre blend of purples and blues – it looks great with low-slung jeans. And for after dark dressing, Diesel’s sexy-chic body-hugging minidress is pure Y2K revival magic – layer yours over tights and a black turtleneck to winter-ify the look, available at Incu. For accessories, look no further than Bvlgari’s buzzy collaboration with Greek-British designer Mary Katrantzou, this top handle tote features a quilted burgundy finish, and gold handles that evoke the brand’s signature ‘Serpenti’ motif.

From a beauty perspective, tap into the trend with Dior’s Mono Couleur Couture High-Colour Eyeshadow in ‘Blue Bayadére’, or OPI’s oh-so-Future Dusk Instant-Set manicure in a holographic shade called ‘Blue-gie’, available to shop at Sephora. Kylie Cosmetics’ Kyliner Gel Pencil in Matte Blue offers a touch of ‘Future Dusk’, and no great looks is complete without glowing skin: Sunday Riley Retinol set offers a glowing complexion with chic products that just happen to be the perfect shade of Future Dusk purple-blue (both are available at Mecca).
