GETTING HERE
Only 17km from Melbourne’s CBD and a 45-minute drive from Melbourne’s international and domestic airport at Tullamarine, you can access Chadstone by car, bus or train.
We are conveniently located on the way to major tourist destinations such as Phillip Island’s Penguin Parade and the Mornington Peninsula, which makes visiting easy.
BY CAR
At Chadstone, we offer free parking and the convenience of Valet Parking, making it easier for you to visit your favourite stores.
Our car parks are labelled so you can better understand the car park locations and easily see where you’ve parked. All car parks have family friendly special needs spaces as well as lifts, with select pram parking and 90 minutes parking zones for a more convenient shopping experience.
Car Park C off Warrigal Road is now open with five levels, direct access to the centre and an additional 350 car spaces. Or head to Car Park A off Dandenong Road. This is our largest car park, with six levels and over 3,500 spots. Shop early to beat the crowds.
PUBLIC TRANSPORT
Buses arrive and depart from Chadstone all day, every day, with over 900 buses per week coming from 11 suburban bus routes.
Oakleigh Station is the quickest option, with buses departing every few minutes on weekdays and at least every 10 minutes on weekends. The 903 bus will take you direct to Chadstone. Alternatively, you can take routes: 742, 800, 802, 804 or 862 (towards Chadstone); or 900 (towards Caulfield).
PTV has added additional services from Oakleigh station to Chadstone from now until January 2025. Services start early and run until late, visit www.ptv.vic.gov.au for the full timetable.
Train stations nearby include:
Murrumbeena Station: 822 (towards Chadstone)
Holmesglen Station: 624 or 903 (towards Chadstone)
Chadstone is located in Zone 1 & 2 of the metropolitan fare system. Remember, limited services operate on Sundays and Public Holidays.

CHADSTONE TOURIST SHUTTLE
There are now more ways to get to and from Chadstone, connecting customers and tourists travelling from the Melbourne CBD.
The free Chadstone Tourist Shuttle delivers multiple daily transfers from Federation Square to Chadstone and return.
The Tourist Shuttle will depart from Federation Square in the Melbourne CBD at Coach Bay #1 on the corner of Flinders Street and Russell Street Extension, with the Chadstone pick up and drop off point conveniently located on the Ground Level outside the Visitors Lounge.
Bookings are essential for the free tourist service and can be reserved below.
TAXI OR RIDESHARE
After a day of shopping at Chadstone, collapse into a taxi or your rideshare of choice.
The main taxi rank is located on the Ground Level adjacent to the Transport Hub.
If there are no taxis waiting, you can book a cab by calling 13 CABS (13 22 27) or online at 13cabs.com.au.
Otherwise, visit Concierge and we can arrange one for you.
Alternatively, there are Rideshare points available next to the Transport Hub and adjacent to the Tiffany & Co. entrance.
