This January visit Moko Moko Doggy Park, where children will be inspired by Misaki Kawai’s work, to let their inner artist shine.

Children can create playful dog puppets, enjoy arts and craft activities and an immersive augmented reality zone to add fashion accessories to their characters.

Go to chadstone.com.au/ngv-triennial and you will see a link to book tickets. Bookings can be made by the SocialQ web platform on our centre’s website.

WHAT HOURS IS THE MOKO MOKO DOGGY PARK OPEN?

The Moko Moko Doggy Park arrives Monday 11 January and is here until Sunday 24 January. There will be sessions between 10am and 3pm Monday to Wednesday and 10am and 4pm Thursday to Sunday.

You can enjoy each session for up to 45 minutes.

WHAT AGES IS THIS SUITABLE FOR?

The activity is intended for Children under 18, but mostly recommended for children aged 3-12 years.

Please note some art and craft items contain a warning; choking hazard. Small parts. Not for children under 3 years. Some products contain functional sharp points. Some products contain wheat. Please use as intended. Children to be supervised at all times by a parent/guardian.

DO I NEED TO BOOK FOR ADULTS AND CHILDREN?

To support a safe environment our school holiday activation is a fully bookable experience and all individuals intending to attend (both adults and children) must be covered by a booking.

Yes. Bookings can accommodate groups of up to 10 people.

Yes. The Moko Moko Doggy Park is fully wheelchair accessible. Speak to one of the friendly team members for assistance.

IS THERE PRAM PARKING AVAILABLE?

WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE?

Please arrive up to 10 minutes prior to your allocated time slot.

If you arrive earlier than 10 minutes to your booking, feel free to pick up a coffee from one of the surrounding cafes, while you wait for your time slot.

WHAT IF I WANT TO CHANGE MY BOOKING?

If you need to change the date or time of your experience, we will do the best that we can to accommodate your needs, subject to availability. Please do so by clicking the link provided in your SMS confirmation from SocialQ to cancel or reschedule.

I AM LATE AND MISSED MY SESSION – CAN I STILL PARTICIPATE?

Unfortunately, if you missed your session there is no guarantee that we can fit you in to another session. Speak to one of our friendly staff who will try to accommodate another time based on availability.

HOW LONG DO THE SESSIONS LAST?

The sessions run for 45 minutes but you’re welcome to complete the activities at your own pace. Parents/Guardians will receive a activity pack for each child which they can take home. We would recommend leaving enough time to complete the AR experience at Chadstone.

HOW ARE YOU PROVIDING A SAFE EXPERIENCE?

Our school holiday experience has been specially designed to welcome back customers in a safe manner. Provisions have been put in place for your safety and the safety of staff, these include but are not subject to:

The use of hand sanitiser is mandatory at the entrance of the Moko Moko Doggy Park. Hand sanitising stands will be placed at the entrance and exit of the set.

Social distancing is mandatory throughout the experience

Masks must be worn within the set, in conjunction with government guidelines

Regular cleaning of the Moko Moko Doggy Park to ensure your safety and the safety of others around

The creation of a fully bookable experience, to ensure flow of customers at the set and keep track of attendees

Children must be under parent’s guidance when in the Moko Moko Doggy Park to ensure social distancing compliance

During booking, you must indicate the number of adults and children attending the Moko Moko Doggy Park, to keep control over the number of individuals in the set at one given time

WHAT IS CHADSTONE DOING TO KEEP EVERYONE SAFE IN CENTRE THESE SCHOOL HOLIDAYS?

To support a safe environment, shopping may look a little different these school holidays. We’ve implemented additional measures to help with crowd management, shop front and virtual queuing and increased cleaning and sanitisation. We want to help you, so before you visit please check out our tips and tricks below on how to shop safely and plan your trip.

Across our centre we have a number of safety initiatives in place including:

  • Increased sanitisation and cleaning of all customer touch points and high traffic areas
  • Physical and digital signage and PA announcements reminding customers to keep a safe distance apart
  • Floor decals and physical distancing reference points in key areas
  • Traffic and density management in our carparks and our malls
  • Additional customer service staff to assist with managing social distancing
  • Virtual queuing system to support our stores manage customer capacity limits
  • Designated entry and exit points
  • Queuing areas in high traffic locations and entrances

When you visit us please ensure you:
