At Chadstone, creating a welcoming and inclusive environment for all guests is at the heart of everything we do. We understand that shopping and leisure should be enjoyable for everyone, which is why we are continuously enhancing our services to cater to those with disabilities and additional needs. From motorised scooters and wheelchairs available for hire, to sensory-friendly hours in participating stores, and the Hidden Disabilities Sunflower program, we are committed to ensuring that every visit is not only accessible but also memorable. With these thoughtful initiatives, Chadstone is leading the way in providing a more supportive and inclusive shopping experience for all.
