GETTING HERE

Only 17km from Melbourne’s CBD and a 45-minute drive from Melbourne’s international and domestic airport at Tullamarine, you can access Chadstone by car, bus or train.

We are conveniently located on the way to major tourist destinations such as Phillip Island’s Penguin Parade and the Mornington Peninsula, which makes visiting easy.

BY CAR

At Chadstone, we offer free parking and the convenience of Valet Parking, making it easier for you to visit your favourite stores.

Our car parks are labelled so you can better understand the car park locations and easily see where you’ve parked. All car parks have family friendly special needs spaces as well as lifts, with select pram parking and 90 minutes parking zones for a more convenient shopping experience.

You can find 90 minute parking zones in Car Park C with Valet Parking located on Level P1 of Car Park A, accessed via Chadstone Road.

PUBLIC TRANSPORT

Buses arrive and depart from Chadstone all day, every day, with over 900 buses per week coming from 11 suburban bus routes.

Oakleigh Station is the quickest option, with buses departing every few minutes on weekdays and at least every 10 minutes on weekends. The 903 bus will take you direct to Chadstone. Alternatively, you can take routes: 742, 800, 802, 804 or 862 (towards Chadstone); or 900 (towards Caulfield).

From now until January 28 2024, there will be more ways to get to and from Chadstone, connecting customers, and travelling from Oakleigh Railway Station. Bus services are being upgraded to ensure passengers can access more frequent buses, reducing wait times – 14 minutes on standard weekends and 5 minutes on special holidays such as Boxing Day.

We’re adding up to 250 additional services on Saturdays, 220 on Sundays and 420 on Boxing Day to better connect our community. PTV, in partnership with Chadstone, has designed a schedule around centre trading hours to ensure that services run one (1) hour before and one (1) hour after trade to get customers to and from the centre over the busy Christmas period.

Chadstone is located in Zone 1 & 2 of the metropolitan fare system. Remember, limited services operate on Sundays and Public Holidays.

CHADSTONE TOURIST SHUTTLE

There are now more ways to get to and from Chadstone, connecting customers and tourists travelling from the Melbourne CBD.

The free Chadstone Tourist Shuttle delivers multiple daily transfers from Federation Square to Chadstone and return.

The Tourist Shuttle will depart from Federation Square in the Melbourne CBD at Coach Bay #1 on the corner of Flinders Street and Russell Street Extension, with the Chadstone pick up and drop off point conveniently located on the Ground Level outside the Visitors Lounge.

Bookings are essential for the free tourist service and can be reserved below.

TAXI OR RIDESHARE

After a day of shopping at Chadstone, collapse into a taxi or your rideshare of choice.

The main taxi rank is located on the Ground Level near Woolworths (in front of Lanzhou Beef Noodle).
