When you receive your SMS link to your photo gallery you will need to ensure you download your photos for safekeeping.
To view, share and download your gallery to your phone please follow these steps:
1. Receive your SMS link to your gallery (this SMS can take 5-15 minutes to arrive)
2. Click the link in the SMS to access your gallery homepage
3. Click the ‘Open’ button
4. Enter your password – your password is the last 4 digits of the mobile number that you confirmed/provided to Santa Photography staff
5. Click on an image in your gallery that you wish to download
6. Click the ‘Download’ button on your screen
7. Your photo has now been downloaded to your phone and can be accessed where your phone stores photos or downloads
8. Download all your photos you wish to keep by repeating the steps 5-7 above for each photo
Helpful hints if your gallery isn’t working:
Try connecting to a different network (e.g. turn off your WIFI and use your mobile 4g / 5g network) and attempt to download the gallery images.
Forward the gallery to a trusted family member or friend and ask them to download / email the gallery images.
Galleries are accessible until 28 February 2025. You must download all images by this date to avoid disappointment.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY PHOTOGRAPHS?
Straight after your session, the photographer will send you an SMS with a link to view a digital gallery of your photos. Please allow up to twenty minutes for the link to arrive on your phone. You will be able to look through these photos as you continue your shopping experience at Chadstone. You can also print your photos at Chadstone, should you wish to do so, with a number of retailers offering printing services including Kmart.
HOW LONG WILL I HAVE TO DOWNLOAD MY IMAGES FROM THE GALLERY LINK?
You will have up until 28 February 2025 to download photographs from the online gallery, using the link supplied to you via SMS following your session. From 1 March 2025, links will no longer be active and images no longer available for download as they will be cleared from the hard drive of the photographer.
WHAT IS THE PASSWORD FOR MY DIGITAL GALLERY?
Your password is the last 4 digits of the mobile number you confirmed/provided to staff at your session time.
HOW MANY PHOTOS WILL I RECEIVE IN MY ONLINE GALLERY?
You will receive 5 or more images in your personal online gallery.
WHAT IF I DON’T LIKE MY IMAGES?
Our professional photographers will do their best to capture a beautiful moment of your family or group with Santa. We will not be able to re-shoot any images if you are not satisfied with the photo outcome. Our photographers will ensure to keep to a standard photo set up, to create the most comfortable atmosphere for a great photo to be captured.
WHAT IF I AM HAVING TROUBLE DOWNLOADING MY IMAGES?

I HAVE DOWNLOADED MY IMAGES BUT WHY CAN I NOT FIND THEM ON MY PHONE?
Each phone downloads images differently. If you have downloaded your images but cannot locate them on your phone, make sure you are checking your downloads folder, image gallery, and files folder. Apple and Android phones will download images differently, if you are having trouble and need assistance, please contact us by using the online form available at https://www.chadstone.com.au/about/contact-us. We will do our best to assist you with this process but make no guarantees that we will be able to.
