Chadstone offers Sensitive Santa Photography in a calm and comfortable environment before the centre opens. These sessions are ten minutes in duration.

Exclusive to Chadstone First Members, Santa Photography and Sensitive Santa Photography is $49.95 (inc. GST) per booking (the same price applies whether the booking is for an individual or a group).

Yes, Santa Photography and Sensitive Santa Photography accommodates bookings of up to 6 people. The only exception is if children are under one years old, they do not contribute to the capacity.

Yes, Chadstone's Santa Set is fully wheelchair accessible. Speak to one of the friendly team members for assistance on arrival.

There is no Pram Parking at the Santa Set, but the experience has been designed to allow enough room for you to take your pram with you into the Santa Set.

Please arrive five minutes prior to your allocated time slot for your photo with Santa.

If you arrive earlier than five minutes to your booking, feel free to pick up a coffee from one of the surrounding cafes and take a look at the beautiful Christmas decorations around the centre, while you wait for your time slot.

We recommend planning additional time into your journey to secure a car park and navigate through the centre to the set.

The best parking at Chadstone this Christmas is off Dandenong Road in Car Park A near David Jones. Alternatively, the closest place to park for Santa Photography from 9am is Car Park B located near HOYTS. Elevator access is available from Ground Level. Click here to view the car park map.

If you need to change the date or time of your experience, we will do our best to accommodate your needs. Changes are strictly subject to availability, if all sessions are fully booked, we will not be able to re-schedule your booking.

If you want to change your booking 48 hours or more before your session time, you can re-book to another date or time (if available) and receive a full refund of your original payment. If you request to change your booking less than 48 hours before your session time, your request will be refused unless exceptional circumstances apply.

The refund process is as follows:

a) review your original session time to ensure your request can be made with at least 48 hours' notice;

b) book your preferred new session time (directly on Chadstone's website), including making payment for the new session time;

c) contact us via https://www.chadstone.com.au/about/contact-us or on (03) 9563 3355 stating the original order number you would like cancelled and refunded;

d) within up to ten (10) business days, you will be issued a refund for your original booking to the bank account used for the original transaction.

Please present to the Santa Photography Set at your earliest opportunity and our friendly team members will do their best to accommodate you. Please be prepared for additional waiting times as the team prioritise families arriving on time for surrounding sessions.

Unfortunately, if you missed your session there is no guarantee that we can fit you in to another session. There are no refunds for missed sessions or cancellations unless exceptional circumstances apply.

Straight after your session, the photographer will send you an SMS with a link to the photographer's website where you will be able to view a digital gallery of your photos (five or more images). Please allow up to twenty minutes for the link to arrive on your phone. You will be able to look through these photos as you continue your shopping experience at Chadstone. You can also print your photos at Chadstone, should you wish to do so, with a number of retailers offering printing services including Kmart.

Straight after your session, the photographer will send you an SMS with a link to the photographer's website where you will be able to view a digital gallery of your photos. Please allow up to twenty minutes for the link to arrive on your phone.

You will have up until 28 February 2025 to download photographs from the online gallery, using the link supplied to you via SMS following your session. From 1 March 2025, links will no longer be active and images no longer available for download as they will be cleared from the hard drive of the photographer.

You will receive five or more images in your personal online gallery.

Our professional photographers will do their best to capture a beautiful moment of your family or group with Santa. We will not be able to re-shoot any images if you are not satisfied with the photo outcome. Our photographers will ensure to keep to a standard photo set up, to create the most comfortable atmosphere for a great photo to be captured.

Each booking lasts up to (as applicable to the booking) five minutes for Santa Photography and ten minutes for Sensitive Santa Photography, from the moment you enter the Santa set to the moment you exit. Once your photos are captured, the photography team will send you your digital gallery to your phone to enjoy looking through as you continue your shopping experience at Chadstone.

To ensure a seamless experience, we ask that you please not share any items directly with Santa. There is a mailbox at the entrance of the Santa Photography set for children to post their letters to Santa.

Each phone downloads images differently. If you have downloaded your images but cannot locate them on your phone, make sure you are checking your downloads folder, image gallery, and files folder. We will do our best to assist you with this process but make no guarantees that we will be able to.

Yes, Chadstone supports the Starlight Children's Foundation, our Christmas charity.

We appreciate tradition, and Chadstone's 'Twas the Night Before Christmas set remains as magical and fun for the whole family, as in previous years. Together with our red velvet doors, you'll experience snow covered Christmas trees, the elves getting ready for Santa's big journey and of course Santa himself, seated in a beautiful red sleigh where you can ride aboard and join him for the photos.

Only assistance animals are permitted in the Santa set.
